We love our clients and get really excited when we get feed back like this. Thank you Melissa!
Went in for a prenatal pedicure two days ago (they call the service the “Mama Bird.”) Was blown away the moment I walked in the door, not by the adorable decor (which is absolutely adorable) but by the fact that it didn’t smell ANYTHING like a nail salon. The place was so airy and pleasant. I didn’t learn until I was in the chair that they actually make all of their products (excluding the polish) in-house out of safe, consumable products. This was a huge selling point for me. I saw Seantell (sp?) who gave me a beautiful, well-executed pedicure and massaged my legs/feet in all the prenatally-approved places. Also, this is kind of a bizarre observation that has nothing to do with nail care, but all of the staff members spoke at really comforting volumes. Not too loud, so it was easy for me to zone out when I wanted to, and not too quiet, so it was easy for me to join in the conversation when I felt like it. All of their voices were non-abrasive and, just, comforting. It just took my experience to another level. I am one pleased Mama Bird. I kind of want to ruin my lovely pedicure just to have an excuse to go back already.
